Anyone happen to know anything about this flour (pendleton mills power flour)?

They stock it at my local Cash and Carry grocery, 9 bucks for 50 # bag.

I'm trying to figure out protien content, but there is no info on the bag.

Thanks,
Anton

Try phoning or e-mailing them (after doing a Google search). They'll give
you the figures. I've done this for several commercial (rather than
domestic) flours.

I followed your advice, I called Pendleton Flour Mill and found that
their power flour protien content is between 13 and 13.5 %. Just
thought I would post it here incase someone searches for the same
thing in the future, or I forget.
Thanks,
Anton
